3. SMS and Text Messaging Terms
We offer a text messaging program so we can reply to your questions and keep you updated about your service. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box in the chat widget on hauling805.com, you agree to receive text messages from Express Hauling. The chat widget is the only place on our website where we collect your phone number and consent for text messaging. Here is how the program works:
- Program: We send text messages related to your request and service, such as conversational replies, estimate and appointment confirmations, scheduling, and service updates.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out, reply STOP at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not text you again unless you opt back in.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Estimates and Pricing
Quotes and estimates are based on the information you give us and may change once we see the actual job, including the volume of items, access conditions, and disposal needs. A final price is confirmed before work begins.
5. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Access
We do our best to arrive within the scheduled window. You agree to provide safe and clear access to the items being removed. If we cannot reach the items, or no one is available at the pickup time, we may need to reschedule.
6. Items We Cannot Accept
For safety and legal reasons, we may not be able to haul certain hazardous materials, such as wet paint, chemicals, solvents, asbestos, medical waste, or other regulated items. Please tell us in advance if you are unsure about an item.
7. Your Responsibilities
You confirm that you own the items being removed, or have permission to have them removed, and that nothing of value has been left in the load by mistake. We are not responsible for items you ask us to haul away once they are removed.
8. Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service, unless we arrange otherwise in writing.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the site will be error free or always available.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Express Hauling is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your use of our site or services.
11. Intellectual Property
